Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we can only ship within Singapore and Brunei. Within this coverage, shipping is free.

Because of it’s alcohol content, fragrances are due to strict international transport regulations. Therefore, we are not able to ship our fine fragrances internationally. We are now working on internationally shipping our perfume oil products as they do not contain alcohol and are therefore not subject to the same restrictions.

Delivery Timing

We ship with Sing Post. The orders are processed and shipped within the day of the order or on the next day. Sing Post takes maximum 4 business days to deliver. So please kindly contact us if your order is still not delivered within a week.

Free Samples

Free samples are limited with one delivery (i.e. two scents) per customer. Hence, second orders filled under same name to the same address will be automatically cancelled. In case (up to) two customers reside in the same mailing address, orders must be filled under different names and mail addresses.

Delivery Complaints

It is normal for the packaging to show some wear after the shipping. However, if substantial damage occurred to the item (s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain and send us pictures of the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection. Your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you free of charge upon receipt of the damaged item(s).

Returns

Returns or exchanges are possible at our outlets. We kindly ask you to inform us before dropping by.
